Stephen Lee has been in the wood business for more than 15 years with diverse products knowledge and global experience in different wood products fields ranging from softwood to hardwood, from log, lumber to veneer, from furniture, flooring to interior decoration, from musical instruments to skate board production, from OBS, MDF, particle board to plywood, fancy plywood. He has also acquired extraordinary foreign exposure and global prospective by traveling to and dealing with people from many different countries and regions such as the US, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, India, the gulf countries, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Serbia, Romania, Poland, Estonia, African countries such as Congo, Cameron, RCA, Equatorial Guinea, Swaziland ,Congo, etc., besides, he has extensive hand-on experience in purchase, sales, logistic, administration and finance. Stephen Lee is the founder and CEO of Green Dragon Wood Products Co., Ltd which is listed in the OTCBB in New Yorksince May 2008
Prior to his entrepreneurial development, Stephen Lee was working in the one of the biggest multi-national companies in the world ITOCHU as well as a US 500 Fortune Company Leggett & Platt Inc., where he starts his life-long career in the wood industry.
When he was with the Leggett and Platt Inc., he has developed a diversified market for their wood products into Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, etc.
While at Green Dragon, Stephen Lee has obtained the agency agreement to distribute the European beech lumber from Pomellier in Germany which is the biggest beech lumber sawmill in the world, besides, he also acquired the exclusive agency agreement from Placas which is the biggest MDF manufacturer in Brazil.
Stephen Lee obtained his BSSc from Michigan State University in the US and his Master of science in management from Shiga University in Japan with a Mombusho scholarship of honor from the Japanese Government He also has a honorary doctor degree from The University of Fundamental Studies in Russia.
